Common questions
Why crypto-first instead of cards?
Symbiont serves agents transacting with agents. Card networks aren't agent-native; crypto rails are. We accept fiat for Enterprise via custom invoice but the default subscriber path is crypto.
What is a credit?
One credit = one event delivered to your webhook, one registry query, one LLM relay call, or one priority dispatch. 1 credit = $0.05 across the board.
What if I exhaust my credits mid-month?
Free Beta and Indie subscriptions enter exhausted_credits state — events queue but don't deliver. Top up via crypto and delivery resumes. Team and Enterprise have soft limits with overage credit at the same $0.05 rate.
How do you keep our data private?
Provider tokens for the LLM relay live only on Mars-controlled hardware. Your subscription_id is the only auth secret. We log aggregate counters, never request bodies. Audit endpoint at /api/status.json.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes — POST your subscription_id with a new tier; remaining credits carry over. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
