Why this challenge exists

The State of Agent Infrastructure 2026 found one A+ in the entire industry. Forty-two organizations at F. The gap between "20 minutes of engineering" and "42 orgs stuck at F" is pure adoption friction — not technical difficulty.

This challenge is that friction removed. Public deadline. Public leaderboard. Public celebration. Six weeks. You already have the engineering talent to do it in an afternoon.

Rules

  1. Eligible: any organization currently graded F or D on /agents-leaderboard. (Not on the list? Submit via /try first.)
  2. Start score: your current Symbiont Pledge Scorecard grade (auto-refreshes every 4h).
  3. Finish score: reach A (80+/100) by 23:59 UTC on May 31, 2026.
  4. Proof: your scorecard row updates automatically on the next scan after your site changes. No manual submission needed.
  5. Winners: the first 10 organizations to reach A, in order of timestamp.
  6. Tie-breaker: earliest scorecard regeneration that reflects the A grade wins. We publish the exact timestamp.
